If at any time you are not completely happy with our service or our products, please let us know so we can rectify any errors or oversights that may have occurred. We are here to help and we will go the any lengths to ensure that you are satisfied with Warilla Florist.

If you are not 100% happy with the flowers you have received please call us to discuss your matter and come to a mutual resolution regarding re delivery or if necessary, refund.

We ask that you ensure that we are notified of any problems as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that you find our product less than satisfactory, we must be notified within 24 hours to ensure that some resolution can be made.

While the flowers are in your care, it is your responsibility to look after them in a manner that will prolong their life.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY

All flowers and colours are subject to market availability and may be substituted by different flower varieties of similar value & colour. In making these substitutions, we take great care to ensure that we exceed your expectations and that you will be satisfied with the quality and presentation.
